Update: 1/10/2019. The 4th Aircraft Skin Contest (ASC) is here! This time around the X-02S Strike Wyvern is being featured. The X-02S was selected by the winner of the 3rd ASC with the official diagram for the 4th ASC created by Cubeboy of Project: Lighthouse. This blog post contains all information for this contest.
The results of the 3rd Aircraft Skin Contest are in! After a month of entries and deliberations, the judges of the skin contest have chosen the winning entry. Point scoring was done by each judge giving the entries their own point score. The scores of each judge for each entry were then averaged out. The final phase of judging ended with first place winning by .2 of one point! As stated in an earlier update, the winning paint scheme of our third aircraft skin contest will have their paint scheme modded into Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown (PC). Congratulations to the winner of the contest! The winning aircraft skin is available at the bottom of this post alongside a showcase video for the skin in action.
The first news update for April 2019 is here. Introduction of the Third Aircraft Skin Contest, new staff incoming and more!
In order to increase the frequency and variety of our article and video content, we are now looking for new staff to join our current content creation team. Interested applicants should note that Project: Lighthouse does not have a minimal experience requirement. Our experienced staff is able to work with even the most inexperienced individuals to put them on the right track for success.
Earlier in February 2019, an announcement and a section of an article, "Beginning of the 5th Generation" which introduced and announced support for an organization known as A.C.E.S. Leagues. This organization is a separate entity - not a part of Project: Lighthouse or owned by Project: Lighthouse in any capacity.
Actions that transpired in late-February 2019 have resulted in the staff at Project: Lighthouse to review our relationship with this organization. The extent of our previously announced support included allowing A.C.E.S. Leagues to utilize or present certain articles written by Project: Lighthouse members to be used as educational materials on that organization's website.
After deliberation, it has been decided that all support from Project: Lighthouse for A.C.E.S. Leagues is to immediately cease. Any form of support for that organization going forward has been halted.
Information related to A.C.E.S. Leagues will be removed from this website, along with the aforementioned article being amended.
